This piece is part of the Supermarket Piece. Sims had read reports that many of the carcinogenic substances found in American foods had been injected into laboratory rats & found to cause various types of tumors & other undesirable reactions. She thought this deserving of its own labels.

Labels were screened on paper and vinyl, scotch taped onto cans and that then placed back onto supermarket shelves in various cities. (Ongoing).
