This piece is part of the Supermarket Piece. Sims had read reports that many of the carcinogenic substances found in American foods had been injected into laboratory rats & found to cause various types of tumors & other undesirable reactions. She thought this deserving of its own labels.

Labels were screened on vinyl & scotch taped over cans and packages and then placed back onto supermarket shelves in various cities. (Ongoing).
